This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information about you when you visit our website at fintechvps.com, access the client portal at portal.fintechvps.com, or use any of our Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein. Account Information. When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, company name (if applicable), phone number, and billing address. This information is necessary to provision your account, communicate with you about your Services, and comply with our legal obligations.
Payment Information.We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data on our servers. All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. Stripe collects and stores your payment card details in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We retain only a tokenized reference, the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing address for account management and fraud prevention purposes. Usage Data. We automatically collect certain technical information when you access our website or portal, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and date of visits, and time spent on pages. This data helps us understand how our Services are used, diagnose technical issues, and improve performance.
Server & Network Data. We collect logs related to your VPS instances, including server resource utilization metrics (CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth), network traffic volumes, and system events. This data is used to enforce service limits, detect abuse, and maintain infrastructure health. We do not monitor the content of traffic passing through your VPS instances except as required by law or to investigate reported abuse.
Communications. When you contact us via email or support ticket, we retain the content of those communications and any information you provide in order to assist you and improve our Services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Customer account data, portal records, and operational logs are stored using Google Cloud Platform infrastructure (Firebase / Firestore), which provides enterprise-grade security, redundancy, and compliance certifications including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and GDPR compliance. Data is stored in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption of sensitive data at rest, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within ninety (90) days, unless retention is required by law.

Google (Firebase / Google Cloud Platform) β Provides our backend database and authentication infrastructure. Google processes data in accordance with the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum and applicable privacy laws. Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
